The majority of candidates that Stoneman Corporation places are living in Japan. To help you understand Stoneman Corporationfs Candidate Profile, we have included a section that highlights the various types of people looking for work in Japan.
Japanese Nationals
Japanese nationals, both males and females from a wide age-range,
make up the majority of our candidate pool.
Non-Japanese
people living in Japan
In recent years many people from around the world have made
the decision to live and work in Japan. Companies have become
much more open minded in regard to hiring foreign nationals.
Holding a valid working visa is the key criteria for this
group. If a candidate has a desirable skill but does not have
a valid working visa, companies will provide visa sponsorship.
Japanese people working or studying abroad
We receive inquiries from Japanese nationals who are working
or studying abroad and are interested in returning to Japan
to work. In this case, we are able to provide vital market
information prior to the candidates return. As a result, we
are well prepared to work together upon arrival in Japan.
Non-Japanese
people living overseas interested in working in Japan
A significant number of foreign nationals would like to work
in Japan. In most cases, it is necessary to be present in
Japan in order to conduct a job search. You would also require
a valid working visa. However, in the case of candidates with
high desirable skill sets, telephone interviews may be conducted
followed by arranged visits to Japan.
Overseas
placement from Japan
Occasionally, we are asked to place a candidate from Japan
into the Asia Pacific region.
